Regan’s got a picture storybook coming out soon called Beverlee Beaz the Brown Burmese (to be published by Cricket Cottage Publishing, with illustrations by Alex Zgud, who created TTP’s mascot), and she’s got a lot of promotional costs ahead of her: a book launch in an independent bookstore in Toronto, possibly a couple readings and sales at the FringeKids! Zone during the Fringe of Toronto Festival, and the Word on the Street festival at HarbourFront this September 27th!
Visit her crowdfunding campaign and the fabulous book trailer at BeverleeBeaztheBrownBurmese.pubslush.com
There’s lots of reward options at various support levels (in US dollars), and support a Canadian children’s author (and a Canadian illustrator)!
Today is the day Regan reveals some of the artwork from the book (though it can also be seen on the Beverlee Beaz Facebook page, as well as in the book trailer on the Beverlee campaign page, which TTP produced), so we thought we’d post it here, too.
